A dependency mechanism enters this index only after it has survived challenge: contradiction, prior art, separability and falsifiability. Evidence states are frozen at ratification and can only change through a recorded history entry.

Rule
Only RATIFIED mechanisms render as full public dependency pages. Other states are preserved in the record and listed as the investigated denominator where governance permits. A parked, held or killed object retains why it failed, what evidence would reopen it, what it duplicates or supersedes, and its provenance.
